Customer Service Policy
Our customer service policy is very simple:  To give you the best possible job at a fair price.  We will strive to give you a job that we'll both be proud to show off.  You will be treated with respect from ourselves and our crew (we do ask for respect in return, though).  And you need not worry about your children or the female members of your families being around us.  My wife, often as not, is on the jobsite with us, and we require that our crew keep their language clean and their shirts on.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, and cash.
We do accept credit cards. We can accept VISA, MC, Discover, and American Express.  There is a 3% surcharge on all credit card payments.

Payment Policy
On all contract jobs, the payment schedule will be outlined in the contract.

On any job requiring an initial deposit, payment made by check  must be received and processed at least 5 days before work begins.  Payment made by credit card must be received and processed at least 3 days before work begins.

Any subsequent payments made by credit card during the course of the job must be received and processed at least 3 days before the due date.

On all other jobs, payments will be due and payable in full upon job completion. 

Final payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Photo Policy GVLC reserves the right to take before and after pictures of any job and to use said pictures in the interest of positive company promotion; such as portfolio albums, websites, etc. Customer names and locations will not be revealed without their express consent. Privacy Policy We do not share any customer information with any other 3rd party without their express consent. All credit card information processing is done through a secure server with SSL encryption.

Returned Checks                                                                       There is a $35.00 service charge on all returned checks.
